Management
Once your contract is in place, the administration, organisation
and reporting can all be implemented. We will set a bespoke SLA
in place to ensure the efficient running of the contract and provide
a raft of management services such as: asset management, internal
training, new product and roadmap updates, customised price lists,
review meetings and monthly reports.
Distribution
Working with your pre-defined software distribution policies, we
will make certain that all the relevant licensed software is promptly
available at the configuration and installation points within your
organisation or external hardware configuration partners. We will
also help you control how new or updated software is distributed
from your network download servers to ensure that you don't inadvertently
breach your contract terms.
